2. Ordering

• When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all the details about the products, price, billing, and delivery address.

• If there is an error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us via the "Need help?" button at the bottom right of the website. You can also email us at Kontakt@RHTrading.se with your issue, order number, and contact details.

• As a customer, you are responsible for providing the correct name and address when placing an order. If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, you will be responsible for any additional return and shipping costs. Always double-check your address before confirming the order!

3. Delivery

• Our standard delivery times are 1-3 business days within Sweden. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• If there are delays in delivery (without prior notice), please contact us via the "Need help?" button at the bottom right of the website. You can also email us at Kontakt@RHTrading.se with your issue, order number, and contact details.
