Ordering

Can I cancel or change my order?

We completely understand, we change our minds sometimes too!

Please let us know as soon as possible if you regret or want to change your order, because once the package has been sent out, as you probably understand, we cannot take it back.

If a package with an unwanted item has already been shipped, you need to wait until you receive the item, then log in to your customer account and start a return.

Please note that a return fee will apply if you have cancelled a purchase that has already been shipped.

What fits my car?

On each product page there is a list of which cars that particular item is suitable for.

On the home page you can also select your model to only display relevant products.

If you are unsure, you can contact us via the chat at the bottom right of the website.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to all countries in the world, with a temporary exception for the USA due to current circumstances.

Shipping costs

We have chosen to make it easy for everyone, if you shop for under 250 SEK, shipping costs only 29 SEK regardless of size. (Within Sweden)

If you shop for over 250 SEK, we offer free shipping! (Within Sweden)

For orders to other countries, the shipping price depends on the total weight of the items in your shopping cart. The final shipping price will only be displayed after you have filled in your delivery details at checkout.

When will I receive my order?

We strive to ship your order within 24 hours on weekdays, excluding weekends.

You will receive a delivery email when your order has been shipped, which also includes a tracking link so you can follow your shipment.

Normal delivery time within Sweden is 2-3 weekdays, 3-5 weekdays during peak seasons.

Deliveries to other countries usually arrive within 4-5 business days, but can sometimes take up to 7 business days.

How is my order shipped?

The majority of all orders are shipped with Postnord, but for larger items Schenker can sometimes be a better option, in which case you will be notified of this at checkout.

We ship 99% of all orders directly to the recipient's mailbox. If the package is too large, it will be delivered to the nearest post office instead.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up an order from us as we do not have a physical store. We have chosen not to use business premises with expensive furnishings in order to keep prices low and deliveries fast.

We therefore have no delivery, sales or staff on site, everything is done digitally!

Returns and Refunds

How do I start a return?

Click on the old man next to the shopping cart at the top right of the page to log in to your customer account.

Once you are logged in, select the order in question and press "Return item"

Once we have reviewed and approved your request, you will receive an email with further information and instructions.

Returns must be sent to us within 14 days of receiving the item.

How do I pack my return?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will begin as soon as we receive your return.

Deductions may be made if the item is damaged, worn, missing packaging or deviates in any other way that means it cannot be sold again.

The money will be returned in the same way it came to us, i.e. directly to your card if you chose to pay by card, or to your Paypal account if you paid with it, etc.

If you have chosen to pay later with Klarna's services, you can wait with the payment until Klarna has updated your invoice, this can take up to 3 working days from when we have confirmed the return. - However, never let the invoice expire!

How long do I have the right to withdraw?

We offer the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date the goods have been delivered to you.

I have received a broken item.

We always check all goods before they are shipped, but accidents can of course happen during delivery.

If you have received a package that looks damaged, we recommend that you take a picture of the unopened package, then of the damaged product.

Send us the picture(s) as soon as possible so we can solve the problem right away!
