Always turn off your computer when connecting or disconnecting the device!

You must choose to boot the computer from the SSD .

1. Connect the USB device with the computer turned off.
2. Start the computer.
3. Immediately as the computer starts to boot, quickly and repeatedly press the Boot Menu key .

• The key that opens the start menu varies between computers, the most common keys for PCs are ESC, F12 or F9. For Macs it is Option (⌥).

USB ports:

Some computers can only boot from a specific USB port, if that doesn't work right away - try a different USB port.

UEFI settings:

On some computers, you may need to turn off Secure Boot and Fast Startup in your computer's BIOS settings.
